- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This store is absolutely the worst I've used. I sent a package, Saturday February 11, and told them it needed to be there by Valentine's Day for my boyfriend in college. They put the wrong address on the package and told me they were going to change it and they never did so the package never arrived there and because of a woman named, Cindy, he never got the package on time. I couldn't have my boyfriend pick it up because he never knew it was coming. It was supposed to be a Valentine's Day surprise and now it's ruined because of them. They lied to me and were inefficient. I paid $10 for shipping to make sure it got there on time on Valentine's Day and I called every UPS that had it and because the address was wrong it wasn't. Since it wasn't delivered on the day that I was told, I should get free shipping for it!By Erika Haller, September 09, 2017
