- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been a client of the Ryan Ferraro Agency for over 10 years and I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. While my experiences with Nationwide as a company have been positive, my true allegiance is to Ryan and his agency as has always been quick to respond to my questions/concerns in a friendly and helpful manner and NEVER makes me feel like "just a number". He offers a kind of honesty, integrity, and sincerity that is extremely rare in this industry and puts the needs of his clients far before his own financial gain. I trust him completely and never feel as if I am being sold to or duped in to something that I do not want or need. My entire family also utilizes the Ryan Ferraro Agency for their insurance needs and have consistently had the same positive experiences that I have. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been a Customer of Ryan's for a few years. I have no complaints with the service he provides. I needed to transfer all of my insurances from Ohio to New York State once I moved there. He provided me with all of the information necessary to make the transition smoothly. After being a customer Ryan was able to get to know me and provide me with additional services such as the New York State Farm Bureau. It lowered my car insurance and also provided me with a few extra perks. Any time I make a phone call the response time is impeccable.
