  OK, so I wanted to replace a window in my home and got a special price for cash. I decided to use my B of A credit card (zero balance) to get the cash. So I got $2,500 in cash and then the surprises came. 1. A 5% fee was no. 1. Yup $125 just for taking a cash advance. 2. Special interest rate. If you thought the normal rate on your card sucked, you should see what you are charged for a cash advance. In between the fee and the interest charges I would have wound up paying B of A around $400. I have since paid off the card and am now using Cap 1

  I recently opened an account here the lady who cashed my check and offered to open an account for me was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly the lady who opened to my account was very knowledgeable and very polite best customer service I've ever had and coming from a former employee of Wegmans I know what customer service is I would definitely refer everyone I know to bank here
