- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was trying to purchase a car ... bank approved the loan I went to the dealer to test drive and put a 200.00 cash down to hold the car then same day Nancy said I was approved but can not buy from the dealer I wanted the car from .. I had to purchase from a reparable Dealer so I went to car max and Nancy the manager said I am approved for up to 20k loan I paid 100.00 to have the car transported from albany to Rochester and a few days later I got a call saying I am not approved NANCY basically wasted my time and let me give away 300.00 to two dealerships .. I was first said 2.4% then went to 9.9% then 2.44% Basically this bank has issues they need a mananger that can handle loans.... 300.00 loss in 2 weeks lol serously I would recommend that nobody should go to this bank or any of there other branches because you will be donating your moneyBy LINH NGUYEN, December 09, 2016
