    Very disappointed in their lack of communication and customer service. After many, many phone calls about why our tax return is not showing up as filed in the IRS system, we found out our SS#'s have been used by someone else and our return was rejected. We are the victims of identity theft and should have known about this weeks ago but every time I called I got excuses. Will never use this company again. Note: this company was purchased from the original owners, whom we never had an issue with.
