- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They make you feel as if you have to beg them. Be extremely nice even when they're not doing they're jobs. They lost my papers then talked to me like it's my fault and still denied my back pay despite my housing issue. Only official notification I received was a denial letter. Not even a call. Extremely upset. I applied for what should have taken at the most 3 weeks. Took 2 months for a denial. Applied April17 denial June 22.By Lakeisha Harmon, March 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am very frustrated. After 2 office visits and multiple phone conversations I still can't resolve the simplest problem. The information I get on the 1 800 number is controversial to the information that I get in the office. One scheduled phone conference was canceled because it was scheduled for 12:15 on Wednesday and the new was scheduled on May 31 which was also Wednesday with the promise to call at 12:15. I even got a reminder the night before. However, the office never called without even canceling it.....
