- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We used paychex for 2 years. During that time, EDD notified us every quarter of faulty tax reporting. Paychex was unable to provide any answers to inconsistencies in billings. In the past 6 months, they were unable or unwilling to provide answers to any questions. Their customer service is non-existent. Their audits are meaningless.
